Return Policy

Standard Hardware Returns

We stock precision-engineered components. Sealed and uninstalled hardware may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the invoice date. The original GST invoice/ shop bill is mandatory. Items must be in their pristine, original factory packaging to qualify for restock.

Non-Returnable Inventory

To maintain our zero-compromise quality standard for all clients, the following structural and customized items cannot be returned once dispatched:

• Custom-cut Marine Plywood or Blockboards.
• Industrial Adhesives, Silicone Sealants, and Edge-banding hot melt.
• Veneers and Laminates once approved by the architect/client and loaded for transport.
